License Holders, as well as their officers, employees, and members of their management bodies, are required to:<\/p>\n

  1. Comply with the provisions of the applicable regulatory framework and implement any recommendations, instructions, or corrective measures issued by the HGC within the prescribed manner and timeframe.<\/li>\n
  2. Provide the HGC with full remote access to their systems, subsystems, and any other technological infrastructure required for the performance of supervisory and inspection activities.<\/li>\n
  3. Facilitate the work of the Inspection Teams in every respect and grant them unhindered access to premises, facilities, records, data, information, and any other material relevant to the inspection.<\/li>\n
  4.
