Pursuant to Article 16 of Ministerial Decision 125944/EX2020/20 (Government Gazette B’ 4884) on the “Gaming Regulation on Administrative Measures and Sanctions”, the performance and outcomes of inspection activities are subject to periodic evaluation, conducted at least annually.
The purpose of this evaluation is to assess:
- The level of compliance achieved by the entities subject to inspection.
- The extent to which the supervisory and enforcement objectives established by the Hellenic Gaming Commission (HGC) have been achieved.
- The appropriateness, efficiency, and effectiveness of the inspection methodologies, employed.
- The training and professional development needs of the Members of the Inspection Teams.
