License Holders, as well as their officers, employees, and members of their management bodies, are required to:
- Comply with the provisions of the applicable regulatory framework and implement any recommendations, instructions, or corrective measures issued by the HGC within the prescribed manner and timeframe.
- Provide the HGC with full remote access to their systems, subsystems, and any other technological infrastructure required for the performance of supervisory and inspection activities.
- Facilitate the work of the Inspection Teams in every respect and grant them unhindered access to premises, facilities, records, data, information, and any other material relevant to the inspection.
- Promptly provide any information, documentation, explanation, or evidence that the Inspection Teams consider necessary for substantiating their findings and completing the inspection process.
