Administrative and other casino personnel include individuals employed in the administration, organisation, and operation of a Licensed land based Casino, as well as persons providing services to casino customers. This category typically includes employees engaged in gaming operations, technical support, security, surveillance, cashiering, and customer service activities.
Such personnel are required to obtain a Suitability License. and must satisfy the requirements of suitability, professional competence, and reliability set out in the applicable regulatory framework, including Ministerial Decision 56580 ΕΞ 2022 (as amended and in force).
Holders of a suitability certificate must comply with all obligations arising from Greek gaming legislation, including requirements relating to responsible gambling, the integrity and security of gaming activities, and the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing.
